Inviting Team Members

How to invite colleagues to join your Deiza team

# Inviting Team Members


Add colleagues to your Deiza workspace to collaborate on your business.


Prerequisites


  • Scale plan subscription
  • Available team member slots (up to 5 total including yourself)

  • Sending Invitations


    Step 1: Navigate to Team Settings

    Go to Dashboard > Settings > Team


    Step 2: Enter Details

  • Enter the email address of your colleague
  • Select their role (Viewer, Editor, or Admin)
  • Click Send Invite

  • Step 3: Invitation Sent

    The person receives an email with:

  • Your name/business
  • Their assigned role
  • A link to accept

  • Managing Pending Invitations


    Click the copy icon next to any pending invitation to share the link directly.


    Cancel Invitation

    Click the trash icon to cancel a pending invitation before it's accepted.


    Invitation Limits

    Troubleshooting


    "Team member limit reached"

    You've filled all available slots. Remove a member or upgrade if possible.


    Invitation not received

  • Check spam folder
  • Verify email address
  • Resend or use direct link
