Account Setup
Learn how to configure your Deiza account for the best experience.
Creating Your Account
- Go to deiza.io/auth/sign-up
- Enter your email address
- Create a secure password
- Verify your email (check your inbox)
Setting Up Your Profile
After signing in, complete your profile:
Business Information
Navigate to Settings > Business Profile to configure your AI context:
- Business name
- Industry/vertical
- Location
- Services and unique selling points
- Target audience
This context is used to personalize your AI assistant, blog suggestions, and website content.
Account Details
Update your personal info:
- Go to Settings > Account
- Update your name, email, or password
- Save changes
Notification Preferences
Control how Deiza communicates with you:
- Email notifications: New leads, invoice payments, review alerts
- In-app notifications: Real-time updates in the dashboard
Go to Settings > Notifications to configure preferences.
Security Settings
Keep your account secure:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Review connected sessions regularly
- Contact support if you notice unauthorized access
