Content Ideas are generated on a weekly basis, with limits based on your plan.
Weekly Limits

How Limits Work
- Limits reset every Sunday at midnight UTC
- Unused ideas don't roll over
- Dismissed ideas count toward your limit
- Used ideas count toward your limit
Checking Your Usage
View your current usage at Dashboard > Content. The progress bar shows how many ideas you've generated this week.
Need More?
If you're hitting your limits regularly, consider upgrading:
- Starter to Grow: Get 15 ideas/week (5x increase)
- Grow to Scale: Unlimited ideas for high-volume posting
