Accepting Team Invitations
When someone invites you to their Deiza team, here's what to expect.
Receiving an Invitation
You'll get an email containing:
- Who invited you
- Your assigned role
- An "Accept Invitation" button
Accepting the Invitation
If You Have a Deiza Account
- Click the invitation link
- Log in with your existing account
- Review the invitation details
- Click Accept
Important: You must log in with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
If You Don't Have an Account
- Click the invitation link
- Click Sign up
- Create an account with the invited email
- You'll automatically join the team
After Accepting
Once you accept:
- You'll see the team owner's workspace
- The sidebar shows you're in "Team Access" mode
- Your role badge appears in the header
- You can switch between your own account and team workspaces
Declining an Invitation
If you don't want to join:
- Click the invitation link
- Click Decline
The team owner will be notified.
Troubleshooting
"This invitation was sent to a different email"
Log out and log in with the email that received the invitation.
"Invitation not found or expired"
The invitation may have been cancelled. Contact the person who invited you.
Can't see team data
Make sure you're viewing the team workspace, not your personal account.
