How to cancel your subscription

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to cancel.
Before You Cancel
Consider:
- Downgrade instead: Keep basic features at lower cost
- Pause instead: Take a break without losing data
- Talk to us: We may be able to help with issues
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Account
- Scroll to the Plan & Billing section
- Click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Tell us why (optional) and confirm
What Happens
Immediately
- Subscription marked for cancellation
- Continue using paid features until period ends
At Period End
- Account reverts to Free plan
- Paid features become unavailable
- Data is preserved
Data Retention
We keep your data for 90 days:
- Websites (unpublished)
- Contacts
- Invoices
- Content
After 90 days, data may be deleted.
Reactivating
Changed your mind?
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Reactivate
- Choose your plan
- Everything restored instantly
Refunds
- Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
- Annual plans: Prorated refund available within 30 days
