How to cancel your subscription

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to cancel.

Before You Cancel

Consider:

  • Downgrade instead: Keep basic features at lower cost
  • Pause instead: Take a break without losing data
  • Talk to us: We may be able to help with issues

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Scroll to the Plan & Billing section
  3. Click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal
  4. Select Cancel Subscription
  5. Tell us why (optional) and confirm

What Happens

Immediately

  • Subscription marked for cancellation
  • Continue using paid features until period ends

At Period End

  • Account reverts to Free plan
  • Paid features become unavailable
  • Data is preserved

Data Retention

We keep your data for 90 days:

  • Websites (unpublished)
  • Contacts
  • Invoices
  • Content

After 90 days, data may be deleted.

Reactivating

Changed your mind?

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Reactivate
  3. Choose your plan
  4. Everything restored instantly

Refunds

  • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans: Prorated refund available within 30 days
