How Lead Scoring Works
Deiza assigns a score (1-100) based on:
Engagement Signals
- +20: Filled out contact form
- +15: Requested a quote
- +10: Visited pricing page
- +5: Opened your email
- +10: Multiple website visits
Business Fit
- +20: Matches your ideal customer
- +15: In your service area
- +10: Business email (vs personal)
- +5: Complete contact info
Behavior
- +15: Fast response time
- +10: Asked detailed questions
- -10: Unresponsive
- -20: Marked as spam
Using Lead Scores
Priority View
Sort leads by score to focus on the best opportunities
Score Indicators
- 🔥 Hot (80-100): Contact immediately
- 🟢 Warm (50-79): Good potential
- 🟡 Cool (20-49): Nurture needed
- ⚪ Cold (1-19): Low priority
Using Scores
Lead scores are displayed on each contact card in the Leads list. Sort by score to prioritize outreach and focus on the highest-potential opportunities first.
