Leads Overview
Your Deiza CRM helps you track every potential customer from first contact to paying client.
What is a Lead?
A lead is anyone who has shown interest in your business:
- Filled out your contact form
- Requested a quote
- Called your business
- Emailed you
The Leads Dashboard
Navigate to Leads to see:
Lead List
- All contacts in one place
- Sortable by date, name, status
- Quick search
- Filter by status
Lead Statuses
- New: Just came in
- Contacted: You've reached out
- Qualified: Good potential customer
- Proposal: Quote/proposal sent
- Customer: They've paid you!
- Lost: Didn't convert
Lead Details
Click any lead to see:
- Contact information
- Communication history
- Notes
- Related invoices
Where Leads Come From
Leads are automatically captured from:
- Your Deiza website contact forms
- Quote request forms
- Email inquiries (with email integration)
You can also add leads manually.
Lead Notifications
Get notified instantly when:
- A new lead comes in
- A lead responds
- A quote is accepted
