When to Ask

  • When customer expresses satisfaction
  • After positive interaction
  • Following a milestone

How to Ask

In Person

"I'm so glad you're happy with the work! Would you mind 
leaving us a quick review on Google? It really helps 
our small business."

Deiza can send automated review requests (Grow and Scale plans):

  1. Go to Reviews > Automations
  2. Click New Automation
  3. Set the trigger (e.g., invoice paid, days after contact added)
  4. Customize the email message and delay
