# Review Automations


Set up automatic review requests to collect more customer testimonials.


What are Review Automations?


Review automations send review request emails to your clients based on triggers you define, such as:

  • When an invoice is paid
  • A certain number of days after service
  • When a new contact is added

  • Creating an Automation


  • Go to Reviews > Automations
  • Click New Automation
  • Configure:
  • - Name: Descriptive name for this automation

    - Trigger: When to send the request

    - Delay: Wait time before sending

    - Email template: The message to send


    Trigger Types


    When Invoice is Paid

    Perfect for service businesses. The review request is sent after the client pays, when satisfaction is highest.


    Days After Invoice Sent

    Send X days after sending an invoice, regardless of payment status. Good for follow-up.


    Days After Contact Added

    Request reviews from new contacts after a set period. Works well for consultations.


    Manual Only

    Automation is only triggered when you manually activate it.


    Email Template Variables


    Use these in your email:

  • {client_name} - The customer name
  • {business_name} - Your business name
  • {review_link} - Link to leave a review

  • Managing Automations


    Pause/Resume

    Click the pause button to temporarily stop an automation without deleting it.


    View Statistics

    See how many review requests each automation has sent.


    Delete

    Remove automations you no longer need.


    Availability


    Review Automations is available on Grow and Scale plans.
