Notification Analytics
Track how your notifications are performing to optimize for better results.
Metrics Tracked
Impressions
How many times the notification was shown to visitors.
Clicks
How many times visitors clicked on the notification or CTA button.
Dismissals
How many times visitors closed the notification without clicking.
Click Rate
Percentage of impressions that resulted in clicks (clicks / impressions).
Viewing Analytics
- Go to Dashboard > Sites, select your website
- Click the Notifications tab
- Click on any rule to see its analytics
- View metrics for the available time period
Interpreting Results
| Click Rate | Interpretation |
|---|---|
| 0-1% | Consider changing the message or timing |
| 1-3% | Average performance |
| 3-5% | Good performance |
| 5%+ | Excellent - this notification resonates |
Optimization Tips
Low Impressions?
- Check if the rule is active
- Verify trigger settings aren't too restrictive
- Ensure the page gets enough traffic
High Dismissals?
- Notification might be annoying or intrusive
- Try different trigger timing
- Make the message more relevant
Low Clicks?
- Improve your call-to-action
- Make the offer more compelling
- Try a different notification type
A/B Testing
Create multiple rules with different messages to see which performs better. Deactivate the lower performer after gathering enough data.
