Understand your CRM email limits by plan

Email Limits and Usage

Each plan includes a monthly email allowance for CRM communications.

Monthly Email Limits

These limits apply to outgoing emails sent from your CRM.

How Limits Work

  • Limits reset on the 1st of every month
  • Both sent emails and replies count toward your limit
  • Incoming messages do NOT count
  • Unused emails do NOT roll over to next month

Checking Your Usage

  1. Go to Dashboard > Leads
  2. Look for the usage indicator at the top
  3. See how many emails you've used this month
  4. Compare against your plan limit

What Happens When You Hit the Limit?

  • You'll see a message that you've reached your limit
  • You can still receive emails from customers
  • You cannot send new emails until the limit resets or you upgrade

Upgrading Your Limit

Increase your email capacity:

  • Starter → Grow: 5x increase (20 → 100 emails/month)
  • Grow → Scale: Unlimited emails

Estimating Your Needs

Small Business

  • 10-15 emails/month
  • Starter plan is sufficient for ~2-3 client conversations per month

Growing Business

  • 50-75 emails/month
  • Grow plan handles ~10-15 client conversations per month

High Volume

  • 100+ emails/month
  • Scale plan provides unlimited sending
